Distinctive luxury materials throughout create a warm, inviting atmosphere upon arrival. The Kij Master Suite showcases spotless interiors with modern finishes that make for a comfortable stay.

The scenic gardens were limited due to the work, diminishing their appeal. Confusion over meal inclusions at breakfast added to the frustration, making dining less enjoyable. Additionally, the small private pool, while initially enticing, had maintenance issues that affected its usability, and overall cleanliness could be improved to elevate the experience.

The Naj Junior suite was modern and comfy, with nice decor and plenty of space. Loved the private balcony, and it was a great spot to relax. The only downside was a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom which was kinda unpleasant. Beds were super cozy, and overall, it felt pretty luxurious for a family stay.

It was just a fitting option for a brief sojourn in Merida with good value for cost. The vegan menu at the restaurant was a delightful surprise, and the flavors were exceptional. Consider confirming your dining options ahead of time.

The views from my Yaab Ambassador Suite were pure paradise, overlooking lush gardens that felt like walking into a dream. Every morning, I indulged in the best bedding I've ever experienced-talk about a sweet slumber! The spa? Absolute bliss! I loved unwinding by the serene pool with a refreshing cocktail in hand and all the local excursions they arranged made exploring so easy!

Had an amazing group getaway! We enjoyed concerts at the Capilla and played golf at El Jaguar with stunning views. The pool was lovely, and everything felt relaxing. Just keep in mind that the hotel is a bit remote, so plan for transportation to explore the area.

The only downside was the delayed food service at the restaurant, which took longer than expected. Also, make sure to clarify meal inclusions, as there seemed to be some confusion during breakfast.

We spent 5 nights here, and the gardens are absolutely stunning! The staff at reception didn’t show much concern when we complained. Also, the restaurant needed improvement. service was super slow, which was frustrating. Still, the vibes were great overall!
